These Terms govern your use of afplumbcont.shop and any order placed with ALL FLORIDA PLUMBING CONTRACTORS INC. (trading as Afplumbcont). By using the site or buying from it, you agree to these Terms.

Products & scope

• We sell physical tool-organization products — bags, boxes, bins and wall storage.
• We do not sell power tools, gas or fuel-powered equipment, or pressurized equipment.
• We provide no repair, installation, maintenance or on-site service.
• All products are our own Afplumbcont brand. We do not imitate or counterfeit any tool manufacturer's brand, trademark or design.

Pricing & payment

• All prices are in USD and may change without notice.
• Payment is processed by a third-party provider; charges appear as AFPLUMBCONT STORE.
• Taxes and import duties are the customer's responsibility.

Safe use of sharp accessories

Some sets include a sharp / blade accessory. You are responsible for safe handling and storage, for keeping such items away from children, and for complying with local laws. Shipping of blades is restricted to permitted destinations only (see Shipping).

Orders & cancellation

We may refuse or cancel an order (for example, where a sharp-accessory item cannot lawfully ship to your address). Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns and Refund Policy.

Limitation of liability

Products are sold for ordinary storage and organization use. To the extent permitted by law, Afplumbcont is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for misuse of products or sharp accessories.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
