Refund Policy
When and how refunds are issued, in USD.
Currency
All refunds are issued in USD to the original payment method. Your bank or card network may apply its own conversion if your account is held in another currency; Afplumbcont does not control those rates.
Eligibility
- Unopened items returned within 14 days — full item refund (see Returns).
- Damaged or incorrect items — full refund or free replacement.
- Original shipping is non-refundable unless the error was ours.
Timing
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the return.
- It may take additional days for your bank to post the credit.
Non-refundable
- Opened or used items.
- Opened sharp-accessory sets (for safety and shipping-law reasons).
- Return shipping costs, except where the item was damaged or incorrect.
Payment status
Online payment is provided through a third-party processor and billed under the descriptor AFPLUMBCONT STORE. Where payment is not yet enabled on this deployment, no charge is made and therefore no refund applies.
