14-day unopened returns

You may return unopened products in their original, sealed packaging within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the item price in USD.

• Items must be unused and in original, unbroken packaging.
• Opened or used items cannot be returned for hygiene, safety and resale reasons.
• Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Sharp-accessory items

Sets containing a sharp / blade accessory may only be returned unopened. For safety and shipping-law reasons we cannot accept the return of an opened blade. If such an item arrives damaged, contact us and do not attempt to ship the blade back without instructions.

Damaged or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email support@afplumbcont.shopwithin 7 days with your order number and photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

How to start a return

1. Email support@afplumbcont.shop with your order number.
2. We confirm eligibility and send a return address.
3. Ship the unopened item back; refunds are issued once received and inspected.
